Irish Coffee

It’s National Irish Coffee Day and Bennett is eager to have one of his favorite coffee-based cocktails! He asks his friend Jillian Vose, the Beverage Director at the Dead Rabbit, to help since she has made a few (thousand) of them during her tenure at the world-famous bar. She helps Bennett better understand the balance between temperature and flavors that are at play in this deceptively simple cocktail.
