Cocktail Templates: The Highball

You can learn everything there is to know about spirits, but what is the point if you can’t put them to use. Let’s look at the template for the Highball to see what familiar cocktails you can make. I know that you are talented enough to make one of my favorite tequila cocktails, the Paloma. The Paloma

2oz Tequila

.25oz Fresh Lime Juice

5oz Grapefruit Soda

Build in salt rimmed glass, garnish with grapefruit wedge.
